Aging women can be attractive, youthful and have skin glowing with health. Self-confidence gets a big boost when you know you look your best.
Here is the secret of those aging women who know how to take care of themselves and nourish their skin.
First I want to say that I’m not one of those who thinks that “aging” means unattractive. I know women, obviously not young anymore, who are vibrant, very much alive and attractive by anybody’s standards. I have dear friends who fit that description exactly.
So what’s their secret?
A few just seem to have inherited great genes, but that’s a rare exception, and nothing any of us can change.
I don’t think it’s a coincidence that women I know who are aging very well all seem to have a sense of humor, are fun to be with, and are caring people. There is one more thing that I believe is true of every one of such women I know.
They respect themselves enough to take care of themselves.
They do their best to live healthy lives. They get reasonable amounts of sleep, even the ones with tight work and family schedules. They find a way to get some exercise. They make good nutrition choices, even when they only have time to choose the healthier choices on a fast-food restaurant menu.
The most attractive older women I know also take care of their skin.
They use a skin care treatment that nourishes their skin, rather than just coating it to keep some moisture in. Several of them have told me they look and feel younger now than they did years ago. In fact, I feel that way myself, since I found skin care that actually works.
On my website, I mention the best skin care ingredients and products I know — for aging women and all the rest of of us.
